Do you track flights?

Yes. We monitor your flight by flight number and adjust your pickup for delays at no extra charge. Airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time measured from actual touchdown, not the scheduled arrival.

How many passengers can you carry?

From an Executive SUV for up to six to a 56-passenger motor coach, including a 14-passenger Executive Sprinter, mini coaches for 23 and 28, and motor coaches for 40 and 56.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. First Class Enterprise holds California carrier permit TCP 0047518-A, carries full commercial auto liability, and every chauffeur is licensed and background-checked. Certificates of insurance are available for corporate and hotel accounts.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Inside 24 hours, 50 percent of the quoted fare applies. A no-show is billed in full. Airline delays are never charged to you.
